Head of Human Resource Development

Location : Samitivej Sriracha Hospital

Job Purpose:

To Facilitate employee competencies development system to be in line with company strategy
To develop training recording and follow up system to improve training efficiency and effectiveness
To process both internal and external training course as planed and requested to ensure smoothly run
Analyze competencies gap and set training course to improve employee competencies including updating in individual development record
Develop yearly Training Plan, prepare budget and control as planed
Establish and implement training programs to response organization strategy and to enhance employee competencies
Develop training recording and follow up system to improve training efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

Male/Female Age over 28 years old.
Bachelor Degree in HRD or HRM
At least 5 years experience in Training & Development Function
Computer literate with basically knowledge of Database management system
Good presentation skill and Practical experience as a Trainer would be advantage
Good communication in English
Good interpersonal, Communication Skill and Positive Thinking
Able to work at Sriracha
